Indian Head Massage & Reflexology Therapist

Complementary therapies- what are the benefits?

  • We are all leading increasingly busy lives and with ever improving technology it isn’t easy to switch off and take some well deserved time out from our hectic schedules.
  • Complementary therapies are a great way of looking after yourself and can last 20-30 minutes or up to an hour.
  • Treatments are a chance to “stop the world” for a while to relax, unwind and re-balance your energy levels.

Indian head massage and reflexology are complementary therapies that have been practiced since ancient times in China, India and Egypt.

Both therapies work in different ways to support your body to eliminate toxins and release tensions that can be associated with the stresses and strains of modern living.

About Fiona

Fiona Mossman, provides reflexology and indian head massage
Fiona Mossman

Fiona has a Diploma in Reflexology and is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists. She also has a certificate in indian head massage which she has held for a number of years.

Fiona is  self employed as a complementary therapist  following a career in social services.  She qualified as a social worker in 1995 and after 22 years in various social services and learning and development posts, Fiona wanted to build on and develop her skills and knowledge in a related but different direction.

Working in a busy social services setting Fiona and her colleagues were fortunate to be offered treatments from a complementary therapist who visited their workplace on a monthly basis. Fiona felt the benefits of receiving regular treatments  and decided to learn how to offer massage and reflexology so she could also share the positive experiences of improved health and wellbeing.

When Fiona is not offering treatments she enjoys cycling and running, wining and dining with friends and family and exploring the East Neuk of Fife.
